Every member sees their loan dashboard with principal, interest, remaining balance, paid vs upcoming installments — and they can pay any installment directly via M-Pesa.
Overdue installments accrue configurable penalties automatically. Email reminders go out, and the loan surfaces on the officer's overdue queue.
